Losing subs...

I think overtime any ubsubscriber's won't lead to a substantial loss since you'll gain dozens for any you lose. Just keep making videos and don't lose heart!

I lose at least 1 or 2 subscribers every day, but gain 20+. Until the ratio slips the other way there's nothing for you to worry about. Think about net movement rather than gains and losses and you'll be much less stressed!

This exactly! As long as the total number is climbing over a span of time then it's all good.

I just think my channel is not going that well, I posted my first video almost 7 months ago and only have 91 subs :\

Hmmm, well I haven't been on here very long but as far as YouTube goes, especially nowadays, I know that the place is saturated with gaming videos. There are thousands of YouTubers out there in your category, possibly making the same kind of videos with Minecraft, etc... I'm not too familiar with Minecraft, but if there's a way to make your videos more unique, go for it. Try something different. I remember back in the day people would make Art tutorials and no one would talk in them and simply have music playing in the background and text on screen, and then someone came along and talked and explained their art tutorials and BAM, they were a hit. I haven't seen your videos so I'm not sure if you talk in them, but try and have more engaging dialogue. Perhaps tweak your titles a little bit. I'm not quite sure what else you can do to make your videos unique, but find something. Trial and error my friend.

I've lost a few subs on both channels, so what, it happens. Some people are really sensitive. All it takes is for you to say one thing they disagree with and bam, they unsub. I don't want people like that on my channel anyways.

Yeah I do talk in my videos, I still can't edit them, put an intro or outro, I wanna do that, I need a editing program :p[DOUBLEPOST=1372086038,1372085990][/DOUBLEPOST]

Yeah me neither, I want subs who watch my video, not subs that will unsub :p

don't worry!
there's tons of users on youtube, which means tons of people in the future that will subscribe to you :P
you can earn 'em back

I lost my first subscriber a few weeks ago. I admit I was a bit upset about it, but my friend made me feel better about it. He's been on YouTube for years now, and he said that's just the way it is. :/
