Losing Subs fast

I'm confused..... I have had almost 60k views so far this month. My audience retention rate is higher than it has ever been. Ive had more comments and likes this month than I have had since I started my channel... and despite the growth in all of those, I'm losing subs like crazy and I don't understand why? I don't do Sub 4 Sub, I don't beg people to sub. All my subs were earned by my content....I need one of this plastic things you put on door knobs to Child proof them so people will stop leaving. How do I stop them from leaving

well one thing is for sure, you uploaded 7 videos in the space of two hours. people hate spam, imagine if they have notifications on, 7 emails spamming their inbox. unless they are a big fan they are going to unsub, same as 7 videos appearing in the subscription tab, people just hate that

space out your uploads, maybe try to go for one a day,

i don't normally call people out but i just noticed this video of yours

lol....no need to say that you don't usually call people out. There are a lot of situations where a person deserves to be called out for, but people remain quiet. I asked a question, and you gave me a legit answers. You mentioned things I would never have thought about because nobody has ever said anything about it. I always figured more videos = more views. I never even considered the fact that my subscribers might find all of the notifications annoying so I will be sure to slow down. And I agree with what you said about the video and I am removing it. So thank you for the advice... I would rather get called out on something than continue doing something people don't like because nobody said anything about it. Your response is greatly appreciated.

Agree with everyone above, you aren't giving people time to digest. If you want to build your library up at the rate you are without bombarding everyones inbox, untick notify subscribers in advanced settings. Most people aren't going to want to watch more than 1 video from you a week at the moment. I usually don't go anymore than 3 a week and at one stage I was happy posting 1 or 2 a fortnight which is what I'm going back to as soon as the school holidays season is over in the US.

fair play to you mate, much respect, i expected some hate filled reply (because this is the internet after all lol) the reason i know about the spam is i did it myself a few months ago and saw a jump in people unsubbing
