Losing motivation? :/

yea i know the main reason this forum is made to help one another so a sub for sub would help everyone get bigger

Nooooooo, sub for sub just creates dead subscribers that don't watch your videos. 10,000 subscribers don't mean a thing if you only get 30 views per video.[DOUBLEPOST=1388378760,1388378598][/DOUBLEPOST]As for losing motivation, I recommend sticking to a schedule, but only making videos when you feel motivated to do so. So, for example, I upload on Thursdays. I create videos any day of the week that I feel motivated (so I'll do 1-4 videos all at once) and then schedule those videos to be posted once every Thursday. This means if I have a two-week period when I lack motivation (or get sick, or have a particularly overwhelming work schedule, or...), I still have videos being posted on my channel and my channel stays active.

Also, like others have said, if you're lacking motivation because your audience isn't growing, perhaps you're seeking motivation from the wrong source. YouTube is about having fun making videos! If you're not having fun, why bother?

I only started mine this December, and I feel the first 20 or 30 subscribers Is going to be the hardest hurdle to overcome.
It is! I'm at 29 now and very grateful for everyone who does check my channel out and subscribes. I really want to grow a little so I have the feeling I'm not alone in this. I love to have some people who interact with me on youtube and some nice people do comment and that feels so great!
