Loosing Subs Fast

Today i have lost 5 subs and 4 followers , gained 3 dislikes , i feel like im just never going to make it , i tried my hardest to upload 3 times a week aswell as balancing a full time job , and its just not paying off , what shall i do........

upload more and stay in touch with your fanbase, thats why i do and i only lost 2 subs in the course of a month and half thats not bad for a small channel my size. keep up the hard work though youll make it

Okay, so I'm pretty new at youtube, but I can't imagine the viewers have wants much different from other sorts of internet media, so I'm going to throw my two cents in:
Make sure viewers know your upload schedule so they're not always guessing when the next one is.
Stay social with viewers and other youtubers.
Do a little research on SEO and Keywords, because it never hurts.
And always remember that it takes time to build a reputation and to get the views you want, you just have to stick with it.

I don't really know you or what you're already doing so I can't offer to many suggestions, but do I hope you get your stats back up soon!

Keep uploading, work hard to get views and subs. Try interacting with your users and that could help you maintain your subs. Don't lose hope, this has happened to me before as well.
