I would really love to do this, but I understand if I wouldn't be your first pick. My channel has only been going for about a month and a half and is mainly football based.

I live just outside of London on the south-west side. I'd be willing to discuss where we would record as I'd be happy to travel.
 
Hi! Hope it's not too late in the day to jump in and volunteer myself.

I understand that I'm probably not exactly what you're after- I've been going for around a year and don't have a particularly large (or even moderately large) subscriber count, but if you're ever struggling for interviewees I'd absolutely love to talk! (Also, I live in Scotland, so if Edinburgh is a bit far then I'd be down to Skype).
