Looking for some honest criticisms

Hello!

I've just found this site, and it looks like it's going to be super useful, so firstly, hello!

I've reached that stage that I'm sure a lot of YouTubers find themselves in, and that's the stage where I keep asking myself the question; what am I doing wrong?

I love making videos, and talking to my viewers, and I've been enjoying it for about a year now. However, my channel seems to be growing extremely slowly, and I'm not sure why.

What I'd love is some constructive criticism. What am I doing wrong. What am I doing right, that kind of stuff.

I hope I'm not breaking any rules by posting my channel here, I've read the rules and I think I'm OK to do so, but please do let me know otherwise.

My channel is here: https://www.youtube.com/mrthaggar

I'd love to hear you thoughts. Good, bad, sassy, whatever you think, please do let me know.

Thanks!

Haggar.

I have no silver bullet (otherwise I had more subscribers) but I can give you general advice.
Include (textual) information about your channel content and upload schedule in your channel art as this is the first thing new visitors will see. So this is the first place to hook subscribers.
Set up a catchy dedicated trailer that tell unsubscribed visitors about your content and that gives a glimpse of your existing work.
Adjust the thumbnails to match your channel art design. This can be achieved by using your logo, the same color scheme and the same fonts. The goal is to make viewers know who made the video only from seeing the thumbnail.
Don't use the same thumbnail for series over and over again. Use a thumbnail that represents what's catchy about that exact episode.
I know most people do it but I don't see the sense in having the episode number waste space of the thumbnail. Make it at least smaller. In my eyes it's sufficient to have the number in the title and add a catchy phrase about the episode instead.
Add catchy phrases that say something about the particular episode instead of basically using the game title with a number. Use something like "Overrun by lurkers! Let's play The Last of Us Remastered PS4 #X" or "Deadly Ambush! Let's play The Last of Us Remastered PS4 #Y".
It may be a good idea not to use the end card to lead the viewer to any video of yours but at least one related one as he/she has already shown interest in this kind of content.
