I recommend you to read everything. Since we're all very well introduced to Youtube, gaming scene and all other stuff, I am starting my youtube career all over again. Back in 2015, I had a cap of 900 subscribers, made it on my own after about 30 or a bit more videos, then I decided to collab with people in order to inovate something new. I found only 1 productive guy and the rest didn't really take youtube as serious as i did. I decided to stop until I finish my high school and then I now I am starting all over again, under the different name. So, in order to fully enjoy Youtube, in order to be consistent and to meet people that are more like me, this time, I am going to set my own requirements. Everybody wants to be youtubers nowadays but nobody is really ready to give it all in, not for money, but because they enjoy making videos. For me, editing videos and having a funny channel such as Fitz's or VanossGaming was my dream, and I trully believe in my own potential, as much as I am looking to find someone who's ready for that. So do you have what it takes? Lets see, I will begin with my requirements.
1. You need to be at least 17+
2. Games that you MUST own is Gmod, Gta V, other games are optional.
3. Since summer holiday already began, you strictly must work according to the schedule which we will plan. If some of you are on your last year of high school, we will adapt to each other.
4. Time zone is recommended to be GMT 0, +1, +2, +3. However, the most important is your talent and I will pretty much accept every time zone if you are dedicated.
5. You MUST speak english properly. Tell me what's your personal thought of your english from scale 1-10 and your accent from 1-10.
6. Videos needs to be at least 720p and 1080p is recommended.
7. Microphone needs to be clean (solid)
8. You need to be talkative, ready to discuss about video ideas.
9. I recommend you to be more of a gentle person, just ready to have some fun.
10. You should also do videos on your own but 1-2 videos a week together are MINIMUM.
11. Write down your PC Specifications.
12. You must have Discord, we will make server together.
13. There will be no individual decisions, we will all agree to 1 video idea TOGETHER.
14. You are not expected to act as experienced youtuber because gaining confidence is earned over time and consistency, but you definitely got to put work on it.
15. No conflicts should happen, we are supposed to be friends.
16. List of games that I can play are (Gta V, Gmod, Half Life Sven Coop, Half life 2/ep1/ep2 on synergy, Left 4 Dead 2, CS GO and Black Squad, TF2 and potentially League Of Legends. I am avoiding games such as Fortnite and PUBG.
17. You need to have sense of humor.
18. Your editing skills should be decent.
19. You must know how to balance game volume, music (if added) and your microphone. Mic must be in the first place because many youtubers are not balancing it so you basically don't even know what they are saying.
That's pretty much it. Do not think that I am someone who calls himself a leader or something, I just have my own requirements because of my own channel and because I want to be more strictive this time about choosing who to collaborate with.
