Wow, I fear this is their policy...Anyway what we've done till now is to keep disabled monetization.

Somewhere on the net I've read that some people could unlink from some scamming networks by telling them they weren't 18+ and showing them a false\modified identity card to confirm this (even if I think this is not legit).

now they had completely changed every thing

We called a lawyer, but before he could do anything, finally today they've disconnected us. We've just kept disabled the monetization for every video and every time they didn't accept our unlinking request, we immediately made it again.

So we're free now! I hope this will be helpful for you! Sure, if the yearly contract has started and you made the request before its start, I suggest you to call a lawyer and see what you can do!
