As of right now i cant afford to spend any money so im looking to see if anyone knows of any free software programs that cant allow me to add videos clips in my videos for the outros so i can link annotations to them while there actually playing? Also some advice if any on how the process goes couldnt hurt too lol. Thanks :)

I'm not sure of any free software that would be able to do this for you as I've never really worked with free software but both Sony Vegas Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro would be able to do this AND you can get a 30 day trial on both, so that's 2 months of software you could use for free then just uninstall it, If you're well prepared you can pre-make them and get loads made in those 2 months ;D
Could be something to use until you have the time to find a free software? if you're in a rush to make them that is.

There's also thousands of PIP (Picture in Picture) tutorials on youtube for both piece of software I mentioned.

Awesome that is a great piece of advice and i think i will look into the free trials idea shortly, Thank you very much!!

I use kdenlive.
It has a composite effect which allows me to overlay a video on it. :D
Useful for images and annotations :D
