Looking for feedback on my new channel trailer!

Hi everybody! Just got done doing my first real attempt at any sort of serious cutting/editing, oh and while I was at it a channel trailer popped out! (lol) So I am definitely looking for some feedback and constructive criticism, and thanks in advance!

I've never made a trailer before, so take everything I say as a suggestion.

Personally , I don't find it engaging enough. It's an okay trailer, but you want to strive for "WOW!"
- It feels a little dry watching it. Adding background music could keep the the video more flowing.

- Try being more yourself when you talk. This might only bug me, but your voice for when you play and when your talking in this video are different. Just be yourself because you want people to subscribe to you, not you trying to be something else. Also your normal voice feels more connecting/engaging in my opinion.

- Every second in a channel trailer counts, so personally I would have taken out one of the first two clips. The first two game clips have pretty much the exact same reaction which seems a tad redundant. However, if you put them there for a reason I can't argue with you, it's a preference thing.

Its cool intro, nice try, but it could be more better!! As its your first time, I would say Cool!
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

PEACE!

I watched the first half of the trailer and trailers are meant to get people hooked, add some background music and try to get it to "flow" more, you can't have a second of "white space". hope this helps!

I originally did want to add music, but I was having difficulty finding something that went well with what I had. For the next one I will be definitely, I am thinking I will find a piece that is good, and then cutting together the footage to match it.

This right here I take to heart, because I wasn't sure about it either, and if you were able to pick up on a less-than-natural difference, especially as a first time viewer, then it is something that is going to be changed.

You are absolutely right they do seem redundant, I am still trying to figure out a better way to mix these up, I will be hunting for some clips with a better variety for the replacement trailer.

Thank you! And yes I will be fervently working to improve this!

Yes, this is very much a priority for this project, I have already gone through and started cutting away the dull or dry seconds from the clips.
