Looking For Feedback On My Channel

Hello wonderful people of yttalk,
I'm a small Youtube channel looking for feedback on how to improve. Some information on my channel; I'm a gaming channel that uploads mainly Call of Duty Black Ops 3 and every now and then I upload Star Wars Battlefront, I stream Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays to have live interaction with my subscribers and always take suggestions on what types of videos I should do. I am by no means trying to promote my channel, what so ever with this thread, I just want honest feedback so I can become the best content creator I can possibly become. I appreciate all of your alls help, thank you very much for your time.
 
This channel is really great! Your editing skills are really good!, What console are you on, maybe we can do a collaboration sometime :) keep up the great work

Thank you for the kind words about my channel and the content! I greatly appreciate it. I currently play on PS4, if you have a PS4 I would definitely be interested in collaborating sometime! :biggrin:
 
This is my take.

You have good content, keep that up.

Thumbnails however could be more vibrant. Learning a bit of PS or even MS Paint wouldn't hurt.

Intro and outro would be nice to reinforce your brand image.

And create playlists and other video modules for your channel. As I click on your channel link here, the only thing that comes up is your Trailer (For me at least). By simplifying the search options for new viewers and subscribers alike, navigation will be easier and attract loyal viewers.

Thank you so much for the response Dewy Otter, I greatly appreciate the feedback. I agree that my thumbnails do need to be a bit more vibrant and eye appealing to attract viewers and make them have interest in my videos. I'm in the process of acquiring photoshop which I know will help tremendously, thank you for that suggestion. I have playlist made but they just aren't on the home tab of my channel.

First of all congrats on 4k subs! I really liked your channel! The youtube banner is great and the frequent uploading is impressive! Most impressive! If i could give a tip for constructive criticism then maybe you need a little work on the thumbnails. Now i'm no thumbnail expert but i know what's catchy. I like the concept of your thumbnails but it just needs a little work; maybe try to have a mine turtle in all of your thumbnails (as your signature thing) or try rendering 3D text or photoshopping yourself into the background. Just try to make it as professional as possible. Also I think your mic is fine but it could get a little annoying for headphone users in the future! Maybe when you hit 5k you could consider investing in a blue yeti?
But overall great work. Entertaining content, frequent uploading, nice banner and pic and good commentary!

Thank you for the kind words on my channel and content Blake, I greatly appreciate all the feedback and suggestions! I'm slowly trying to learn how to use photoshop so that I can create visually appealing thumbnails and have people interested in watching my videos. I do plan on getting a mic once I hit a milestone on my channel so 5K I agree would be the perfect. Thank you for suggesting the Blue Yeti! I've heard a lot of great things about the mic so I most likely will go with that specific one. Thank you once again for reviewing my channel and the positive feedback, I will take the feedback and suggestions into consideration so that I can continue improving. :)

Hey man,

So i dont know much about being a content creator but let me give you my feedback on your channel.
- Thumbnails, make them stand out more, use maximum space and try not use Arial (or those standard fonts to much)
- Theres only one video when i open your channel i want to click on thumbnails to watch more not click on uploads first so you should add another box.
- Maybe upscale the text on your banner a bit.if someone uses a PC with a high resolution then your letters will become pretty small.

Thats mostly it, love your content keep up the good work ;)
