Looking for Channel Feedback, Especially Consistency.

Hi guys. I just came back to YouTube after an unintentional hiatus and I feel like, although my video quality is (maybe?) improving b/c of some new tricks I learned in my editing software, I feel like my actual content is very inconsistent in mood, style, topics, etc.

Any advice one what I should keep doing and what I should stop doing? You can find my channel in my signature, obviously.
