I've Got It
So I've made my own outro, which I think is quite original in terms of the main idea, and I've been using the tune from the meme "Lol, Internet" which originates from the song "Running in the 90's". But I'm pretty sure that that song is copyrighted. I did search around on how to find copyrighted songs, and this particular one had no results (I think it was from copyright.gov or some other register). So here I am looking for something similar.
-First off, can anyone actually confirm that it is copyrighted? Or can someone maybe confirm that it isn't? I would love to use it as it fits perfectly.
-Second, will it be copyright violation if it uses a ~10 second loop (which the meme does), and is it violation to take the tune from the meme, and not the original song?
Answers will most likely say that I shouldn't use it, which is why I posted in this section. (The above were just to make sure).

Does anyone know of a royalty free song/tune which is just as fast as lol, internet? My outro requires that the tune is both catchy and fast.
If not, can anyone actually make such a tune? For free, that is.
For it to fit, it has to have a fast beat, be catchy and be funny-ish in genre. I would suggest you to see my outro so you know what I'm talking about. It kinda hard to explain.
Anyway, I would appreciate help even if it is just a link to a royalty free library. And I know this is sorta a big and specific thing to request, so I don't expect anyone to just pick up the task. This was primarily just to see if someone knew about something I could use.
