Request Looking For Banner Help!!

Hey i've just started up my youtube channel and i'm absolutely horrible with picture editing and whatnot, so i'm hoping to find someone who likes to do that sort of stuff to make a Banner and Profile Picture for my channel. If possible I don't wish to pay for it, however i know it takes time out of peoples lives and days too make this sort of stuff, so if you make your suggestion for some sort of payment i'll see what i can do :). Thanks and hope to hear back soon :D

haha i just thought it would be cool to have a banner with like a cartoon version of me and a couple of iconic video game characters, and then just the cartoon version of me like selfie style as the profile pic, its cool if that's too hard, just an idea xD

and then specify what you are prepared to give in return (Free? Amount of YTtalk cash ? Amount of real cash? A link ? A shoutout? Featured channel?)
