Animation Looking for Animators to join Riamous

I'm currently looking for an animator who would like to join us at Riamous to partake on various projects such as CreepyPastas and One Life Left (our segment of Let's Plays)
 
The thing is animation takes up a LOT of time and takes a long while to produce, so animators will value their time a lot more and be less open to projects unless there's incentive for them to do it, to the point where 'exposure' isn't enough. It takes us long enough to produce our own stuff!

Calm yourself with the whole exclamation marks, we're not out in the park taking a stroll. I know that, I draw and used to animate. But there's still some people out there who are actually still nice enough to join people and become friends/do different things. I don't want to do animation on my part because I want to work on other things faster and I don't want to do EVERYTHING on my channel.

I use exclamation points all the time, it's not me being angry at you at all it's just how I express myself yeah? I'm sorry if I came off aggressive but it was not my intention.

The thing is you're not asking friends for free animation, you're asking an open forum, i.e. strangers. Yes you can make friends here and yes people do do animation for free as a favour to their friends, but friendships isn't all take and no give. If you're not paying it should be an I'll scratch your back and you scratch mine sort of thing.

Saying that I've only done animation for free once, and that was for my cousin to help promote his music. Even if it's selfless its for someone I care about and who I want to see succeed, he's my friend and my family. Strangers on YT Talk I don't know well enough aren't, at least not yet, and so I'd want a little more out of it than practice yeah?

Trust me, this isn't meant to sound nasty, it's just what I and many other people feel about doing work for nothing but 'friendship' and 'exposure', those words are empty if all you want out of someone at the end of the day is a cool animation to further your own needs without helping them back.

Yes, of course I'd help back. Never said I wouldn't. That's the point of getting someone on a crew; you help me, I help you, we help each other. Doing different things helps us achieve greater goals and incentives, like we both said before, are nice and all but well, some people can't sometimes afford and they CAN pay back however with labor. Don't you agree?

I do agree, that's good!

I'm sorry, I've been approached before by people wanting something for nothing and it can be quite infuriating when the person asking doesn't want to give anything back, they just want their idea made flesh and then reap the rewards of someone's hard work.

But you don't seem like that, which makes me happy :) I do hope you find someone to work with for your projects, but I'd say think about what value you can offer them in return, whether it be full promotion of their channel on yours, crossover videos not just appearing on your channel but on theirs too, etc.

Yeah man, I totally understand. Sorry if I sounded the same. I was perturbed by the same things back in the day, but then I made a vow to help anyway I could regardless if I got anything in return, that's why I sound like this. Yeah, I love doing crossovers with anybody, that's one of my features in all actuality! Thanks, I do hope I find someone, hell, if you ever want to help as well, just let me know! I'll help out with whatever I can to my extent!
