Looking for an editor for a group gaming channel

I am currently running collab gaming channel with other Youtubers. It is going to be similar to The Creatures and Rooster Teeth. We are going to upload mostly gaming related content ranging from let's plays to machinimas and podcasts. For up to 2 video editors. We will only be able to pay a very small amount, once we get partnered we will give the editors 90% and invest the other 10% into the channel.

My channel is TH3R0CKETN1NJA and I currently have 2300 subscribers of my own.

3-4 a week, but they would be scheduled, so everything is edited and uploaded around a week ahead and released on set days in case there are recording/editing problems

That is quite frequent. I would be able to do this during the holidays but how would we transfer so much video in so little time?

We would record a session, send you our audio and video files through Google Drive, then you would edit our pov's together, upload it on you Youtube as Scheduled and it would be released later on next week
