So i'm nearing the end of my Camtasia trial, and I have to say i've quite enjoyed using it.
Apart from a few issues that were sorted as soon as I changed my settings i've been fairly happy with it...apart from the LONG rendering times!
I don't have a super powered high spec PC (yet!) so i'm looking for a fairly easy to use screen recorder for PC gaming that will also allow me to record commentary (I don't like the idea of recording audio on a second program such as audacity)
I've tried FRAPS and i'm not a fan, the file size was huge and I just didn't get along with it.
I'm also currently playing around with Xsplit which i have a licence for, but for some reason, no matter what I do with the settings, I can never get my videos to as good a quality as they are when I use Camtasia
So can anyone suggest a good screen recorder for gaming that won't kill my PC?
I also don't have the capability to use Shadowplay (As that's been suggested to me before)
