Request Looking for a Thumbnail Creator

Hello,

While I'm not the worst at PhotoShop, I'd like to see someone better make my Thumbnails, as currently, well, they're not the best. I'm looking for people who have experience with PS or similar program and can make better thumbnails then my current ones.

If you're willing to take on the challenge please send me a Thumbnail example for my Vacation series
Information on the Vacation series: It involves a lot of juggling, and vacation.
