looking for a editor and graphics editor!

Hello i just stared my second youtube channel and have a lot of things in place but i need some more help editing some lose ties. my videos are top 10 videos and the graphics that revolve around my videos are themed after what the video is about. i am also going to be holding a contest every month for channel banner art. thanks all replies are welcome.
