Logo in Thumbnails

Actually this is for a new channel I plan on launching sometime (hopefully really soon) that has nothing to do with cows. I have been on YouTube for a long time uploading crappy videos (and if you've seen them you'll know) and I want to have a new well branded channel with quality content. Then 1,2,3 are all fine places to put a video watermark. But for your thumbnails I'd stick with 3.
 
I know I put a lot of thought into this, I really like logos a lot. My Dad works with logos for a living and I work for him so I am always exposed to logos.
Also, I really want this channel to be good and have quality content and branding. I don't just want to launch a mediocre channel.

You can see my video work as soon as I get the new channel going. I'm still figuring out my new channel, plus I have school, work and life besides YouTube. I really hope I can it my new channel in the next few weeks.

And it is my Dad who works with logos, he just asks my opinions and stuff while I do office work like opening mail and entering data. So I am not a skilled graphic designer at all. I know what looks good, but I don't know how to use the programs. I'm still learning photoshop. So if you are asking for my graphic design work, I don't really have any.
