Currently my logo on youtube is something I grabbed from google images. I know this won't fly if I start to get a lot of subs. I am just looking for a custom raccoon design. Nothing fancy. Just a raccoon. I will be able to pay a little. Not much but I can contribute a little for your work. Thank you!

I like this one, you can edit it in Photoshop to add some cool effects. Overall, I do not think it is worth changing.
