LOCKED - Video monetization limited

Anyone know if there's anything to do when a video you have has less than 1,000 views and has a limited monetization because youtube found it to be unfit for audiences but the content of the video is perfectly fine and not breaking any youtube guidelines?

I had a few recently and simply changing the thumbnail monetized the video again. Otherwise you can look through the title/description/tags to see if anything could be changed/removed.
