LOCKED - My channel got suspended without any notice

Yes, @Crown is serious. If you were suspended for copyright infringement, A: there is no right of appeal, and B: since you've already admitted you don't own the copyrights to your content, you can't even file a DMCA Counter-Notice. In fact if you were to try to file a counter-notice, you would get a secondary termination for fraudulent filing of a legal form; as if you claimed you owned all the rights to your content, YouTube Legal would know you were lying.

Ok. If this is the case then ban all of the channel like mine. Then it will be fair.

They are working on that as I write this. You forgot, or maybe didn't read this part of YouTube's Terms of Service, so you really have no right to either be so angry, or be spouting off like this.

"If you choose to upload Content, you must not submit to the Service any Content that does not comply with this Agreement or the law. For example, the Content you submit must not include third-party intellectual property (such as copyrighted material) unless you have permission from that party or are otherwise legally entitled to do so. You are legally responsible for the Content you submit to the Service. "

Telling us to ban channels won't work either. This is a User-To-User forum; there's nobody who works for YouTube here. There are a few of us like myself who are badge-bearing Google Product Experts, but even we are only YouTubers.

This is looking more and more as though you never got a single strike. Posting unlicensed copyright media is also a Community Guidelines as well as a Terms of Service violation. Let me ask you something.

Did you put tags into your video descriptions to draw more views, or were your video thumbnails drawn directly from the video as uploaded? You could have been terminated because the thumbs were drawn from copyright media, even without a strike.

However, you were uploading copyright content that you had no rights to which is both a violation of the law and a violation of YouTube's terms and conditions:
