They are working on that as I write this. You forgot, or maybe didn't read this part of YouTube's Terms of Service, so you really have no right to either be so angry, or be spouting off like this.
"If you choose to upload Content, you must not submit to the Service any Content that does not comply with this Agreement or the law. For example, the Content you submit must not include third-party intellectual property (such as copyrighted material) unless you have permission from that party or are otherwise legally entitled to do so. You are legally responsible for the Content you submit to the Service. "
Telling us to ban channels won't work either. This is a User-To-User forum; there's nobody who works for YouTube here. There are a few of us like myself who are badge-bearing Google Product Experts, but even we are only YouTubers.
This is looking more and more as though you never got a single strike. Posting unlicensed copyright media is also a Community Guidelines as well as a Terms of Service violation. Let me ask you something.
Did you put tags into your video descriptions to draw more views, or were your video thumbnails drawn directly from the video as uploaded? You could have been terminated because the thumbs were drawn from copyright media, even without a strike.
