Links won't post correctly in YouTube comments

When I try to post a link to a youtube video as a response it never shows up when I log out of my account. Anyone know why that is? It won't even work on my own videos and it's not marked as spam either.

Maybe the privacy was set on Private ??

Any comment with a complete hyperlink will get flagged as "potential spam" and need approval from that channel's creator to be posted. Just how the system works. I imagine they had an issue with so many people posting viruses and fake urls that they just thought it more prudent to automatically make it so you have to manually approve those kinds of comments.

Probably just spam settings on the person's page.

but it's not in the spam settings. I've had them check.
