Like/Dislike Ratio

Considering how small we are so far, we're aiming for a 2:1 ratio.
I dunno I would say it has a little bit to do with how big your channel is.
For a "medium size" Channel 3:1 would be good I think.

I agree with you though. I don't want the likes to be equal lol.
For now, we will simply aim for a 2:1 ratio until we get better =P

For every 100 Likes, i get about 2 to 4 dislikes. But all depends on the scope of the video. One video has 400 likes with 30 odd dislikes, but thats a Versus video so more people are likely to hit dislike if they dont like a specific game. People hit dislike for the dumbest reasons so i wouldnt take it personally.

I'd say 5:1 is what you should aim for. It'd be understandable if a fair amount of people didn't like your videos, but if you had 100 thumbs up and 50 down, it looks pretty ugly.

Likes and dislikes can mess with your head quite a bit.

I would have to say that Likes and Dislikes are more a reflection of the audience, then a reflection of the video. On my other channel I had a few videos that were nearly getting more dislikes then there were likes - and most of this was because people were misinterpreting the video title, clicking on the video - and then getting annoyed at me, because my video wasn't on what they thought it was. It wasn't even a misleading title.

I would obviously lean towards more likes then dislikes - but it isn't always a reflection of good/bad content.
