I want to set up a studio where its 2 or 3 people talking to each other around a table. I work construction and i have a bunch of these lights:

I need to experiment and see how different things look. I think if put them on low and put them on each side behind the camera, they should work ok. Does anyone have any thoughts or tips. Should i try to diffuse them?
