One thing you can do pretty easily to make her pop more is up the contrast - meaning the difference between the lightest lights and the darkest darks.

2 seconds with the curves tool in PS gave me this:

Looks good.. but give her a little bit more arm/shoulder width, or else it really does look like she has no Arms.... Lexi with a Body takes on a whole new meaning then!!
