Levels Of Partnership?

As you can see I cannot have appeals or live stream.


I also have the option for the new paid subscription model. Which I won't use.. being at only 300 subs.

Yes, but you must reach a certain goal. I am not sure what it is though.. I know I didn't have that option last week ;)
 
There is only one partnership.

To be eligible for YouTube Live, you must have at least 1,000 subscribers and be in good standing.
 
People who are partnered with a network like to belittle those who haven't - it's a way of dealing with their own insecurities and reinforcing the importance of the "in" group. So they use terms like "half partner" or "partner levels" to try and suggest that those who don't give their money to a network are somehow less than they are.
