Levels Of Partnership?

So I heard from another YTtalker that there are diefferent levels of YouTube Partnership. I guess I'm level one because I just started but how do you move up?

If you follow the rules you can request more stuff to be requested.
I have a good record with using google's products so my new channel got instantly partnered

Essentially there is different levels of availablity of features..
Basic ones include ads to be allowed to play on your videos, and your videos to be longer than 15 minutes.

More advanced is where you can get into thumbnails and banners.

You can view your status on your settings page of YouTube.

I'm not even the highest in the chain yet either, because I cannot "schedule" when my stuff gets released.

Anyway hope this shed a bit of light on the situtation.

Well there is "Half Partner" and "Full Partner".

Half Parter - Partnered with Adsense. (Basically meaning you enabled monetization and are not partnered with a network).

Full Partner - Partnered with a Network. (Fullscreen, Machinima, RPM.. etc).

There's only one level of partnership but networks give different contracts.
