Many networks will state that they have high CPM but the truth is that most of channels in the network do not get ads served from networks. The networks just allow Adsense ads to be displayed.

This is what I've been talking about 100 times here. MCN cannot affect your CPM unless you are not big enough to get their own "premium" ads (which is very unlikely to happen).
