Let's talk about things we LIKE about the new layout!

I've been alternately, busy, stuck at work, or using the mobile site, so I haven't even seen the new layout apart from a couple screenshots. I think it looks nice, but will reserve judgement on usability.

It still needs a bit of work, but i think it in the we'll get used to it and maybe even like it more than the past layouts..... maybe.

Well I never visit the homepage, so whatever layout changes they've done there I'll likely see once to check it out, then never again. The video watch page looks interesting, and the current playlist is right along side the video now, right? I think that'll be interesting, and very good for keeping people watching multiple videos in a series.
 
Firs of all, you have to make sure your facebook is connected to your account, then you simply click "social" on the left hand side and you'll see people from facebook posting
 
I like the fact that in the comments we now have an avatar. Its an excellent place to advertise and get people to click on your name and go to your channel :)
Now I need to optimize my youtube avatar! :)

That's keeping things positive! there's lots more to like. i don't want to name all the cool features myself, want others to discover good changes for themselves and post it here.
