What exactly is it? And it is just my internet (you would laugh at how slow it is) So there is nothing I can really do, unless I upload a bunch of short videos (5-8 minutes) to equal 20 or so minutes, which is better high quality, with a bunch of different videos at high quality, or long videos at lower (480P) quality?

For a ~5 minute video, it takes me 3 hours. Handbrake compresses the file to mp4 which makes it faster uploading.

Thank you, however I use Sony movie thingy and it uploads much faster than if I were to upload it through my browser, also is it free I might give it a go?

Usually quite long for a gamer. It's also up to you. Your videos are high quality (I'm not meaning HD here), you promote your videos well, then it will be faster if you just play play and upload.

There are may posts here that show you how to promote your videos I guess :D Basically, for every kinds of videos, you need social network, forum like this one, YTTalk. Join the community and promote your videos, but don't spam, I guess you know that.
And for gamers, I have some tips:
1. Collab, play with somebody, your friends, even if they have a channel or not, it's always funnier and more comfortable when playing with your friends. And it will be better if him/her has a channel, you guys will promote each other, and that is good.
2. Still forums, but game forums. Each game that you play, find the most popular forum of it, join the community, post, etc. Then somehow promote your videos, forums are different so I can't go detail how to do that, because some have a "Video" section but some don't.
