I don't what you mean by BP and get premium managed. I don't know much about networks yet. I thought my channel is verified when I signed up for NCP. Forgive my ignorance
 
You can absolutely make money off of playthroughs. The only content claims that I get are from when music is playing in the video and all I do is take the music out and then no problems. Been doing it for almost a year now.
 
They will get caught eventually. Unless a game developer says everything goes (well, within reason) you can do anything you want. But, on the fair use side you really need to have that commentary and perhaps even the face cam in there!
 
I am overthinking this. I am just going to upload 100% walkthrough with no commentary hopefully it gets approved by NCP. No Network
 
What are you guys talking about? Fair use? The issue he presented is that you already have permission and you don't need fair use. The issue is YouTube rule he posted. My guess is that it's a "dead rule". I was wondering myself but no one here seems to know...

With Bentspixel managed try contact your network support, they will protect your channel or kick you from thier network.

What are you talking about? The network can't protect anyone if he has problems with youtube guidelines. They can get permissions to use stuff but how they gonna protect any channel?
