Let me hear your thoughts on this before i make my decision!

I've Got It
Recently i have been experimenting with my channel where i did a Pokemon series which has gained me lots of views and subs through facebook and reddit but then again i have anime reaction videos which is now starting to get comments and attention through twitter my recent one "claiming to be my first fan :D".Anyway point the being i feel like i can make my channel into an Anime/Games channel only because i love both games and anime. My flatmate in university enjoys these 2 things, i am feeling really good in changing my channel to both of these,but now here`s the dilemma. I know my channel can grow explosively from anime and games even my friend was getting hyped when we were talking about it.But the thing is... i wanted other youtubers opinions on was what do you think the chances are in the future if i decide to change from anime and games to vlogs,i mean don`t get me wrong i love anime and games but i do know am gonna be travelling a lot in the future so i just cant make up my mind if i should stop vlog videos and other types of videos and just grow my channel through games and anime or try to mix it a bit each week. Vlogs are actually are kinda boring me a bit,am more hyped about animes and games anyway just wanted to get those words out of my mind what do you think guys?

(BTW i know gaming and anime's actually have big growing community s right now especially with all these new technology s coming out so i don`t know the downside in investing time in this)
 
If you like playing Pokemon and anime, do that. The last thing you want is to get bored of the thing you are doing on your channel.
 
I would stick to the niche of anime/gaming. Then when you build an audience you can start a secondary Vlog channel, which will then be easier to grow because you already have an established 1st channel. But dont stop making the game videos if you enjoy them. Stick with what makes you happiest.
 
I would try to mix both types on content into your channel, if you get a bigger following from doing anime/gaming videos people will also stick around for videos with just YOU since they'll also be there for your personality, so I think a good mix of both would do well.
Plus, You'd be attracting different types of people with different types of content, and as long as you dont stray too far from those original topics, it wont seem too out of place or random to upload that kind of content either.
(edit) Also, Fans that are strictly on your channel to watch anime and gaming videos might be a bit taken aback if you suddenly STOP making the only kind of content you made since the subscribed (as an example, you make only anime/gaming videos for a year, then SUDDENLY go back to only doing vlog videos..!)

why not do both, people like the anime man seem to do quit well with it, but people respond beter to passionate content, stuff your exsited to make, so do what makes you happy and the fans will be happy with you
 
With a devoted enough following, people will watch anything. If you build up a base big enough, you can do both and they'll love it
 
If you travel start doing some vlogs mixed in with your original content rather than dropping them all together, people like your content might like to see what your like rather than just your gimmick , go with it, it's your channel, stick with the gaming and anime and whack the odd vlog in for good measure
 
Thank guys for the advises.I now feel like i can finally make a decision after reading what you all said.I guess am going with Anime/gaming channel since i am currently in university so i kinda wont really have a lot of free time to travel because of studies.I guess i can post rare vlog videos once in a while like a month to keep my audience refreshed that at any day in the future my channel could go in the vlog direction.
