Leaving RPM Questions

Hello, I recently decided that when my contract with RPM is finished I would like to leave the network. I have contacted RPM through a support ticket, asking what certain procedures I have to take to leave, but they have not responded in almost a week now. I would like to get something straight. So to leave, the earliest I can contact them about it is 30 days before my contract expires? Will there be some sort of notification asking me to renew my contract with them in those 30 days or not? Any replies would be very helpful, thanks guys.
 
I just got out of my contract with RPM, and I had to do the same thing. There will not be a notification for it, you'll just have to keep track. At least there wasn't when mine was up, who knows in a year. Good luck!
 
No, it's not you have to cancel it in those 30 days, it's 30 days prior as in before those 30 days :)

2) You've got to keep track mate. They're not going to babysit you, and say 'Hey your contract is almost up, better unlink!'. You must terminate the contract within the 30 days of the contract ending. If you miss that... the contract renews itself.

They should unlink you from their CMS if you alert them. Try sending another support ticket.

Okay, I will try sending another one. So, even though my contract is not finished with them they will still un partner me? Or will they only do that once those 30 days come if I alert them before hand.[DOUBLEPOST=1390368812,1390368562][/DOUBLEPOST]
Just do what AnExperiencedGuy said. Main thing you need to do though is send in a support ticket and wait for them to reply to you through email.
So do I have to email them in those 30 days before my contract expires or can i just email them beforehand and have them cancel it when it comes to those 30 days?
