Least CPU intensive Screen & System audio capture software.

I typically record a gaming session of 2-3 hours and then edit when I get the time. For about an hour worth of video, Lagarith produced a video size of 350 gigabytes! I felt that it effected performance slightly less than OBS with h264 encoding, but if I kept recording at that size & pace I'd run out of hard drive space pretty fast! If you need more than 2 sound sources, DXTory is the easiest to set up, otherwise OBS with small file sizes with good quality and very small performance hit is a very good solution.
