mmm it sucks :( is there anyway for me to make summoners in different regions i tried, but it seems to have locked to NA =/ lol

you have to make a new account using a different email, it kinda sucks but oh well :) I'm only like level 18 (should get 19 tonight) I actually can't wait to get level 20 and buy runes :')
 
Im searching for ppl to play ranked with,but obviously you are new to the game.And im in Eu west.If anyone wanna to play and record pm me here or in youtube.
