Lacking motivation for a channel

Hey guys!
Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.

But I want to talk about motivation, motivation for a Call of Duty chanel to be exact.
I have been told so many times that it's near impossible or extreamely hard to grow as a cod only channel
With this being said how do you keep motivated to keep uploading?
I'm in the mind set of what's the use if you can't grow?

Is it worth scraping the cod channel and going for something different? But don't know what

Anyway will be interesting to see what you say

Your main thing should be doing it for fun, growth usually is a second option.

Depending on your skill level you could consider joining some bigger clans or whatever that have big youtube personalities, that's a relatively easy way for someone in that game to get noticed quickly.
Like FaZe even tho I don't do FPS games much ever, because of how big they are I've ended up watching vids from some of their members that do videos other than gaming (reactions, vlogs....whatever)
 
Honestly, your channel is only going to grow if YOU are passionate about it as the creator! If you want to do a COD only channel then you do a COD only channel. But do it because you love it, not to be famous. I know that is a lot of our goal to make it big but take a step back and do what makes you happy. That way your viewers will see your passion and be more engaged. Viewers can tell if you like your content or not. Good luck! Stay positive!

Yes I agree, it should be fun an a hobby, but not getting the views and interaction you want take abit of the fun away if that makes sense?
