Lacking direction and looking for advice

I've Got It
Hey, my name's Jason and my have an animation based Youtube channel, and I'm looking for some advice on how to brand myself and in how I sell my channel the way I would like

I do parodies and some original shorts but I feel like it's hard to know what I'm selling myself as, beyond just animation. Pop culture parodies? Geeky stuff? Still trying to work it all out.

Help me improve my channel art and branding and/or general feedback and I'll check out your stuff too :)

Hey man, just watched a bunch of your videos. I hope this is constructive. Kinda like you identified. What is it that you're selling? I'd focus on one specific theme that way it doesn't seem so all over the place. I don't know what that theme is but I liked the "celebrity" appearances. What if you did a series of cartoons of celebrities in random situations. It's parody so should be ok under the YouTube TOS. Or maybe a series that makes fun of companies that everybody loves to hate on like McDonalds, Starbucks, and Walmart. I feel like the animation is good by the script writing could be brushed up on. Not saying I'm a genius at all on the script stuff. My videos are kinda weird because I have to follow my daughter around. See what she says, and then right a script based on whatever she's given me. Message me if you want - matt@launchlabcapital.com and I'll give you a script that I think could be pretty funny for your style of animation that's making fun of McDonalds. Anyway, hope the feecback helps.

Matt
