Lack of Response from Music Nations Network

Anyone partnered with Music Nations Network have the same issue with the company not responding back about the lack of payments from last year? The last I heard from their Support via email was in December 2017 when they stated they are "currently collecting data on this issue" and asked if we had "moved or had any contact from Zoomin, MTG or any other MCNs"?

If there is another topic already discussed about this, would you mind directing me to it? Because I couldn't find the topic before making this one.
 
Well, I was waiting for their response on word whether I will still get my payments after I leave their network. I don't know why it's so difficult for them to just respond on my request. Haven't heard from them in 6 weeks now...

But I'm prompted to just remove access from Music Nations and search for another network. Their Terms & Conditions did state that I can unlink after my '1 year contract with MN has finished.'

Did remove access. Waiting for March 6 to come~.
