So I was wondering how can I take away the sound of keyboard and mouse clicks and also my breathing. P.S. I have a Blue Snowball microphone.

There's honestly not much you can do, without sacrificing the quality of your audio. You can use simple Audio editors, but the more noise you remove, the lower your quality gets.

Well considering you hear it even in bigger channel's videos it should not matter unless it is obnoxiously loud. For breathing you can use your editing software to turn it down a bit. I find if people fully get rid of their breathing in commentaries it just sounds very awkward. If you want to get rid of them I suggest just re-positioning your microphone and either talking louder or changing the settings.
