Key to Share-able Videos?

I only watch really really short videos. Even if the video is funny and original and creative, I'm really impatient when it comes to YouTube because there are so many good videos to watch. I know a lot of folks who only watch super-short videos, so cramming as much awesomeness into a short video is one route you could take.
