Justin Bieber :)

I've been replied to by several small "celebrities" like Chris Mintz-Plasse, CorridorDigital, TheFineBros, Lloyd Kaufman and retweeted by EpicMealTime and YOMYOMF. Keep in mind these people combined aren't even close to Justin Bieber's fan base... but I think anything is possible. So here are my tips:

1. If the celebrity ever does Q and A's or says they are replying to people, try dropping them a couple tweets
2. Don't be annoying. ALL CAPS IS ANNOYING. <3 :D :) :* is weird.
3. Be genuine and unique
4. Don't expect to get a response, you'll end up feeling bad if you don't
5. Have you're real name on Twitter and a unique avatar. For example, I have a gif of myself.
6. If you have more followers, Twitter will more likely show your tweet in Top Tweets for the celebrity. More followers and retweets/favorites help a lot.

Hope that helps :)
