Just lost 4 subscribers in a few minutes...

Harpuia

That "creepy" guy that makes Youtube videos.
I'm not sure what happened, but my subcount suddenly tumbled from 237 to 233 in less than 10 minutes... One moment I saw it it dropped to 235, and again dropped to 233.

What's weird is that I've been dropping 2 subscribers at once every other day for the last week...

Is that Youtube correcting the sub count or are my videos really becoming that bad?

I honestly think it's YouTube correcting subs, also.. I don't know if you know this, but if someone doesn't use their google account after a period of like 4-6 months their account is automatically deleted, so if someone has subscribed to you through their google account it may have been that x Don't worry, it will pick back up again soon x

I'm assuming it is Youtube closing accounts like @Kelly Gets Fit said. I had a bunch 2 weeks ago, it sucks, I know :) If this is the case you should be able to see in your analytics in a couple of days.

Its probably the reason everyone else said. Its rare to just have that many people unsub.

Remember that youtube cleans inactive subs (closed account, banned etc) from time to time so that's something normal to happen :)

I once lost over 600 subscribers in a day and I freaked out. I contacted YouTube about it, they said they'd look into it but I never heard from them again about it. Basically, there was nothing I could do. Dips in views/subscribers really suck but all we can do is just suck it up, don't focus on the numbers so much and make new content to help your channel grow again. :D

I'm assuming it'll just take a little longer to reach my goal then... lol

For me, the people that unsub are mostly right after I upload a video. They see my new video in their feed and realise they don't want to see them anymore and unsub.
Well that happens to,but it will happen. Just how it is.

I would say don't worry they come and go but you will make them back in time so it's only normal for this to happen.
