I think you could do it with Audacity, the quality won't be good however.Just say a song is playing and I want only the music not the authors voice.
So how can I remove the voice in a track, is there any tools or software's

There are two ways. Search google for "backing track" along with the song title and you may be lucky enough to find a version that is close to the original.
The second way is a bit more complicated. In your DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) there is usually a karaoke effect. Similar to the old days of CD players where you could pull the headphone jack partway out and only hear the music, most songs can have the vocals extracted.
