Well, this is certainly exciting. I was skeptical at first but ecstatic once I confirmed that it was legit. I am not going to name drop the company until after it happens, so I am going to XXXX their name/game where appropriate.
"Here at XXXX we have a special relationship with our players, and the connection we share with you is very important! You are why we make games, and your feedback is critically important to our success. You’ve been invited, along with a handpicked group of players, to join us here at the XXXX office for a day of discussion and playing games!
Here are the details:
· We’ll fly you out to San Francisco International Airport (arriving on Monday, July 28) and will provide you with ground transportation and a hotel room.
· On Monday, we’ll have dinner with you and the other invitees to get to know each other.
· On Tuesday, you’ll meet with members of the XXXX Teams, talk about and play your favorite XXXX games, and take a tour of our offices. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
· After a full day of being able to share your insights, along with learning about some of XXXX upcoming plans, we’ll provide you with ground transportation back to the airport and fly you back home.
We’re really excited to hear back from you as soon as possible; we’ve got hotel rooms and plane tickets to book! We hope you can join us, and appreciate that you are a busy person with other obligations that may interfere. Please let us know either way by Monday, July 7, so we can make all of the necessary arrangements.
