Im a bit confused...ive had a youtube account for years. And i have uploaded stuff in the past but nothing that really mattered. Recently i monetized my account and have been uploading a lot more (for ab out a month) and i have always been able to upload custom thumbnails...i think that was one of the perks i got when i monetized my account. So im a bit confused as to why others arnt able to.
