Just work on a consistent upload schedule and maintaining content quality to bring your views up. Also, you should only join a network if you feel it's the right choice for your channel and goals. Plenty of people make it by without networks. Just keep working on your channel for now and decide later. :) Thanks for the interest and good luck!
