Oh that's very cool I never knew it worked that way, always thought you still had to get people to come to your G+ page and +1 it

YouTube and G+ are connected now. It looks like it connects both ways with the likes.
 
How long did it take? I just sent a request to Google via my Network and they said it can take up to 5 weeks. I also have 1,700 +1's with a verified linked website, 40k subscribers, but only 374 G+ followers. Do you think I'll get verified?
