You start off filming facing the right side, and then move yourself to the left and in editing just cut out the time it takes you to move and it looks like you're "jumping" around. If you're looking for a tutorial, I believe you're looking for a "jump cut."
Like what everyone else said, you basically just position yourself on one side of the screen, say what you want to say, and then move to the other side of the screen and say what you want.
If you want to make videos like this, I would suggest maybe scripting your videos! Scripting out what you want to say is a great way to figure out when to switch sides. I like to jump left and right and then jump to the center when I want to make a specific point or ad emphasis to what I am saying. Another good tip is to use the rule of thirds. There should be a way to divide your video screen up into lines. Try lining yourself up with the right vertical line, then the left vertical line, and so on.
Sorry if this is info overload, just thought it would be nice to share I think that these style of jump cuts can be a little much, so you will have to decide whether or not the style of video you are making will benefit from this style of editing.
